These terms of use describe the conditions that apply between you as a user (hereinafter 'User' or 'You') and Nettilomake FI Oy as the service provider (hereinafter 'Company') regarding the use of the service Nettilomake.fi / Blankett.fi / Blankett.net (hereinafter 'Service'). The terms of use are valid until further notice and the Company may make changes to the terms at any time. The currently valid terms of use are published on the Service's website. By registering with the Service, You confirm that You have read, understood, and accepted these terms.
Age limit
To make a payment on the Service, You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a guardian.
Registration
The User is obliged to provide correct information about themselves when registering. By completing the registration, the User certifies that the information is correct. The login credentials are personal and must not be disclosed to anyone else, and the User is responsible for keeping the login credentials secure so that no unauthorized person can access them. The User is liable for payment for all services ordered using their login credentials. The User must also hold the Company harmless if someone else uses the User’s login credentials. Abuse will be prosecuted.
Account types
Using the Service requires that You have a registered user account. The different account types are FREE, PRO, and PRO+, and their content is documented on the Service's website. The Company reserves the right to change the contents of the account types at any time.
Prices
Using the basic features of the Service with a FREE type user account is free of charge. Some features of the Service require a PRO or PRO+ account, which is only available for a fee. To access the paid services, you must have a user account and make a payment for the annual fee of the PRO or PRO+ account. The price stated on the website includes all taxes and charges. The price does not include any compensation for communication that the User must pay to their Internet service provider under agreement, nor any costs related to the use of the User's own data equipment. The Company reserves the right to change the prices of the Service at any time. If You have an active PRO or PRO+ account at the time of a price change, you retain the rights until the end of the current payment period.
Payments with Bambora PayForm (Euro)
Bambora PayForm (Paybyway Oy, business-id FI24865594) is the payment facilitator of the online shop. The Paybyway Oy is a payment facilitator authorized by the Financial Supervisory Authority of Finland. The payment process is conducted in the online service of the Bambora. Bambora or Paybyway Oy is shown as the payment received in the bank account listing and in the invoice. Paying with Bambora is safe. All information is exchanged through secured connections.
The trade happens between the online customer and the online shop. The online shop is responsible for all obligations related to the trade.

MobilePay: You can pay with your MobilePay wallet if you have allowed online payments in the settings of the MobilePay application. Payment via MobilePay takes place directly from the payment card linked to MobilePay. If charging the payment from the linked card fails, MobilePay can not be used in the online shop.

Mash Finance Oyj (2159120-9) is a Finnish financing institution operating since 2007. Mash Finance Oyj reserves a right to review the credibility and the address information of consumers using Mash invoice or part-payment. The consumer is also requested the provide the personal id number. The credit is approved or declined based on this review.

Return Policy & Right of Withdrawal
The Service’s functionality can be tested without registration or with a free FREE account. The Company’s provision of a paid PRO or PRO+ account constitutes a service under the Distance Contracts Act. By confirming the order and starting the membership, the user has consented to the Company beginning the fulfillment of the delivery, and therefore the provisions of the Distance Contracts Act regarding the right of withdrawal do not apply. However, the Company voluntarily offers a five (5) day right of withdrawal.
Customer Responsibility
Finnish law applies on the site. You agree to comply with applicable laws, regulations, and provisions regarding the use of the service. You are responsible for ensuring that the images you upload or the texts you write on the service do not violate Finnish law or any of the rules mentioned on this site. The processing of personal data is based on the approval during registration. The purpose of processing personal data is to identify customers and submitted information.

The register stores information about the Customer's name and email address. The Customer becomes the registry keeper for the forms he/she creates.

Login occurs through a encrypted SSL webpage. Users access their own information only. Data submitted through the platform is protected using SSL traffic, and the data is stored encrypted in the database. Server logs are checked regularly.
The data is stored on servers located in Finland.
9. Retention and destruction of personal information records in the personal data registry
The information is destroyed or anonymized after the account is deleted. When a Customer has marked content for deletion, the content is automatically deleted within two weeks.
10. Right to view data
The customer has the right to view the personal information that has been stored in the system of the customer in question. The Customers can view and edit the collected information.
11. Correction of incorrect data
The user is able to update his/her information in the system.

Data is not extradited.
